Sunny Cultivation cannot be held responsible for any packages lost by the postal service. We send our orders United States Postal Service. There is always a small risk of loss, and you should be aware of this before ordering. Shipping time is dependent not only upon on our mail service, but also, of course, on your local postal services. For this reason, we can only give you an estimated shipping time based on our general experience. After we got your order and received payment, please allow 4-6 weeks for the delivery of your product.

Payment and Shipping

Sunny Cultivation provides secure processing of your payment, discrete shipping and fast delivery of your agricultural seeds, in 4 – 6 weeks.


MasterCard and Visa accepted. In the United States, State sales tax may be applied.


Orders will be shipped worldwide on business days as soon as payment has been received. Track and trace information will be provided, so, you can always check the status of your order. Shipping time depends on our postal services, and also on your local postal services. As a result, we can only give an estimated shipping time.

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee to exchange any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. There are no refunds. All sales are final.


Should you wish to return purchased product, for any reason, you need to contact us, within 7 days of receipt of your order, to receive prior consent. Any product sent back without prior consent from Sunny Cultivation will be returned to sender at the senders’ cost.

Returned product must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Once you received prior consent of your return with us, please send the items to our postal address. All product returns are the responsibility of the sender until they reach us.

The goods should be sent back with a registered service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please follow the above instructions and you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.


If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Please detail which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.


There are no refunds. Sunny Cultivation wants to satisfy their customers, so if you are dissatisfied with the product, contact us and we will attempt to satisfy. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.
